Job Responsibilities

1. Capable of independently developing customers and providing timely responses to product specifications, quality, etc.
2. Launch new products on platforms such as Alibaba, and perform RFQ quotations and other operations.
3. Promote products on foreign social media platforms, such as Facebook, Lin Kedin Instagram, etc., and add customer contact information or development information.
4. Follow up with customers, regularly contact them to promote products, and promptly respond and follow up with customers who have projects.
5. Proactively follow up, solve customer issues, strive to establish good customer relationships, and achieve sales goals.
6. List out the detailed requirements of the customer and place production orders, continuously follow up on the production situation, and ensure delivery time.
7. Confirm the packing list and other information before product shipment to ensure smooth shipment.
8. Maintain customers, promptly follow up on feedback after receiving goods, and promptly resolve any issues encountered.
9. Regularly organize customer information and keep track of project progress.
10. Familiar with the overall operation of storage, transportation, and documentation involved in import and export business, participating in supervision and coordination throughout the entire process.
11. Increase contact with peers and learn about market information.
12. Complete all temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade, Business English or other minor languages, and experience in foreign trade sales are preferred.
2. Careful and patient in work, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and pressure resistance skills.
3. Priority will be given to those with experience in the LED industry.
